I bought two of the 16” necklaces and one is visibly shorter than the other. Still like them, just wish they were both the same size.
Maybe you sell extenders?

The model has this necklace shown wrapped around her neck twice, or she is wearing 2 necklaces. It is only 16" long so it is much shorter than I thought it would be. It's beautiful, but short.
