CHECKOUT+ gives you peace of mind by protecting your purchase every step of the way. When you opt-in at checkout, you get:

    • Free returns & exchanges – No-cost returns or exchanges on eligible items if you're not completely satisfied.
    • Package protection – If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’ve got you covered.
    • ✔ Easy return portal – No hassle, no back-and-forth—just a few clicks to submit your return.

If you don’t opt-in for CHECKOUT+, you can still return items, but you’ll be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. Additionally, lost or stolen packages will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Air & Anchor pieces as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We gladly accept returns for full-priced items purchased online for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

What You Need to Know:

  • Gifted Items: To process a return or exchange, we’ll need proof of purchase—either the original order number or the original customer's account information.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Packaging: Items must include all original packaging.
  • Sets: Items sold as sets must be returned together. Individual pieces from a set aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
  • Final Sale Items: Engraved items, Last Call products, Give a Cuff products, custom-made or one-of-a-kind items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping:

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • With CHECKOUT+: Your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return or exchange any eligible item(s) for free.
  • Without CHECKOUT+: You are responsible for purchasing your own return/exchange shipping label(s). 
  • ⚠️ Please note: If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged during the return process, and you did not opt-in for CHECKOUT+, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
