Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your merchandise, please email with your exchange request. Please note, we do not cover return or exchange shipping costs and the customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees.

Return Policy

We love our goods and know you do too! But....we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date for a refund (less shipping charges). The returned item must be unworn or unused with appropriate packaging. Website orders cannot be refunded at authorized resellers. Please note that Clearance Sale items are not eligible for return.

Please allow 3-4 days for us to receive your return, and 3-4 business days for our return department to process your return or exchange. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been received and is processed.

AIR & ANCHOR does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns but we recommend using a trackable and/ or insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. A padded envelope or box should be used to avoid damage and loss of product. IF THE PRODUCT IS LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, DURING YOUR RETURN PROCESS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND. This is the reason for insurance with the carrier you choose.

Return Rules

If the item is returned within 30 days, but without appropriate packaging a website credit will be issued.

If your purchase was made at an AIR & ANCHOR Authorized Retailer, you will need to return your item at the point of purchase.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

If returning an order that included a free gift, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.
