Busy little bees. All of us. Rarely slowing down. Working on our laptops in bed before falling asleep. Booking appointment after appointment, reaching for our phones to check emails before even getting out of bed in the morning. Let it dawn on you though that, even busy little bees – which seem to work tirelessly – actually do stop to smell the roses. Remember, there is a space – between the busy-ness of our lives – that we can shield ourselves from the world. Between the times we must divide and conquer our work, between the roles and responsibilities we have with our families and loved ones, there is time we can slow down, hold on to what’s most important and smell the roses.
