THE PURPOSE:
As one of the most cherished traditions in American folk music, the Newport Folk Festival has graced Rhode Island every July since 1959. We were honored to set up shop among the vibrant energy of this iconic event, and we wanted to mark the occasion with something truly special.

THE REASON:
To honor this legendary festival, we designed a hoodie that reflects its timeless spirit. This hoodie merges the finest aspects of an old-school hoodie with a modern touch. Crafted in Los Angeles from 100% cotton and finished with a garment-dyeing process that gives it a soft, lived-in feel from day one. With its slightly cropped fit and dropped shoulders, this design is as timeless as the festival itself. Relaxed yet tailored, providing just the right amount of room without feeling bulky. We’ve truly Goldilocks-ed the design of this hoodie to be just right.
