Made for everyday wear and built with care, every piece is designed to stand up to your daily life. As of October 1, 2025, all purchases are backed by our One-Year Warranty covering both color and craftsmanship. Our warranty has two parts: Color Coverage and Breakage Coverage, so you know exactly what’s protected for a full year from delivery.
COLOR COVERAGE:
What’s Covered:
- Authentic fading or discoloration on PVD-coated or stainless-steel products.
- Valid for one year from delivery.
Exclusions + Notes:
- Non-metal components such as beads, epoxy, crystals, gemstones, stones, shells, pearls, or other decorative details.
- Jewelry breakage, impact damage, or loss.
- Surface marks or minor scratches that naturally occur with wear.
- Discoloration caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care.
- Natural changes in finish, including slight darkening, patina, surface marks, or minor scratches.
- Hidden areas that were not coated during manufacturing — this is normal and not a defect.
BREAKAGE COVERAGE:
What’s Covered:
- Structural breakage due to manufacturing defects or normal use.
- Valid for one year from delivery.
Exclusions + Notes:
- Jewelry loss, misuse, or accidental damage.
OUR PROMISE
We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. Our PVD finish is designed to resist fading and discoloration, and our craftsmanship aims to withstand everyday wear. If something goes wrong within the warranty period, we’ll take care of it.
